Insurance
and receipts.
Chard Nutrition is not on any insurer's panel. After each session you get a receipt showing Nell's HCPC registration, so you can claim from a private health policy that covers dietetics. Whether your insurer pays back, and how much, depends on your policy: check before you book. Some insurers ask for a GP referral letter first.
Moving
or cancelling.
Move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours, half the session fee is charged; a missed appointment is charged in full. If the market is closed, the walk moves to the next Saturday at no cost.
